Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Trikke New Zealand Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on
13 September 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 13 September 2007 at 12.42pm.
