Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Cactus Jack's Entertainment Center Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 January 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 23 January 2007 at 10.14am.
