Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Tax Strategy Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Nelson, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 25 January 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 25 January 2007 at 10.07am.
