Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Buxton Holdings Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 January 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 22 January 2007 at 4.00pm.
Creditors may make enquiries to the liquidators, whose address is care of Insolvency Management Limited, Level 1, 148 Victoria Street (PO Box 13401), Christchurch.
Note: The directors resolved that the company is solvent.
