Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 31 August 2007 at 8.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that KTD Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Trevor David Cooper, chartered accountant of Morrinsville, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 10 October 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the
above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
