Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Graeme Stuart Knobloch and Ewan Richard Gardiner, chartered accountants of Gardiner Knobloch Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Glenbrook Station Limited.
The liquidation commenced on 12 September 2007 at 11.25am.
The liquidation is voluntary and is to be carried out as the company has ceased trading, and a solvency certificate has been completed.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 12 October 2007, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
