Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of the above-named company (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that, by duly signed entries in the minute book of the company on the date and time below:
12 September 2007
Siguals Limited (in liquidation) at 4.00pm
the following special resolutions were passed by the company, namely:
(a) That the company ceased trading in February 2007, has since sold or realised all business assets and that the company be wound up forthwith.
(b) That Michael William Hartley, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given by the liquidator of the above-named company that has been placed in voluntary liquidation, that he does hereby fix 12 October 2007 at 4.00pm, as the date and time by which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.
