Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 8 September 2007 at 2.05pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Wellsford Liquor Store Limited be liquidated and that Christopher Robert Ross Horton, chartered accountant, and John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, be appointed liquidators jointly and severally for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 5 October 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
