Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Link Company Limited (in liquidation)
was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on
3 September 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 3 September 2007 at 10.32am.
