Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Value Vehicles Southland (2003) Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 September 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 5 September 2007 at 10.14am.
