Notice is hereby given that on 6 September 2007 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Personalized Plastics Limited be liquidated and that Clive Ashley Johnson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company.
