Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On 31 August 2007 at 9.50am, the trustees passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 and section 212 of the Sale of Liquor Act 1989, to appoint Curtis John Mountfort, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with sections 243(8) and (9) of the Companies Act 1993
and section 212 of the Sale of Liquor Act 1989.
The liquidator fixes 12 October 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
