Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, by order of the High Court at Auckland on 20 August 2007 at 2.30pm:
(a) Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and Stuart James Cunningham be appointed liquidators of the company replacing Bryan Williams;
(b) the final report of Bryan Williams be revoked: and
(c) the company is to be restored to the Register.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 8 October 2007, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims.
