Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On 27 August 2007 at 11.55am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Utopianz Media Limited be liquidated and that John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, and Christopher Robert Ross Horton, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidators jointly and severally for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 28 September 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
