Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on 20 December 2006 at 10.30am, the above-named company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the company be put into liquidation and that Stuart Douglas Robertson be appointed as liquidator.
