Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993, the High Court at Wellington on 2 April 2007, appointed Peri Micaela Finnigan and Kevin Warwick Bromwich, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company.
An order seeking to terminate the liquidation in April 2007 failed in the Court in August 2007.
The liquidators were reinstated on 17 August 2007.
The undersigned does hereby fix Monday, 17 September 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
