Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 20 December 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Nikau Pictures Limited be liquidated and that Matthew Graeme Bellingham, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 20 December 2006.
