Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Golden Eagle Electronics Limited
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 August 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 6 August 2007 at 10.19am.
