Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 14 August 2007, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Neville Petrie Fagerlund, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
15 September 2007, to be the date by which creditors of
the company are required to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
