Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 20 December 2006 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Dunwel Corporation Limited be liquidated and that Christopher John Lynch, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 20 December 2006.
