Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of P & E Leasing Limited at 10.50am, Landworks Lease Limited at 10.51am, Paritai Painters Limited at 10.54am and Proline Boats & Trailers Limited at 11.02am, by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on 9 August 2007.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of the above-named companies, we fix 13 November 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
