Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 20 July 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Panel Board Installation Services Limited be liquidated and that Graeme Ronald Trass, company director of Auckland, be appointed as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 7 August 2007.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator has fixed 29 August 2007, to be the date by which creditors of the company are required to make their claims.
