On 7 August 2007 at 4.30pm, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Irwell Street Properties Holdings Limited
(in liquidation) be voluntarily wound up and that Sharon Wedlock, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
