Henry David Levin, insolvency specialist, and Barry Phillip Jordan, chartered accountant, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of MLH Engineers Limited (struck off and in liquidation) on 12 July 2007 at 10.12am, by the High Court at Auckland.
