Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 4 July 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Morningside Trustees Limited be liquidated and that Tony John Thomas, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 3 August 2007.
