Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
On 25 May 2007, the shareholders passed a special resolution appointing Anthony John McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence joint and several liquidators of the company.
This resolution is deemed to be invalid.
The shareholders resolved to have Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Colin Thomas McCloy appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by a resolution of shareholders under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act") on 23 July 2007 at 6.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of P S Building Developments Limited, we fix 23 October 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
