Notice of Appointment and Replacement of Liquidators
Henry David Levin, insolvency specialist, and Barry Phillip Jordan, chartered accountant, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of The Dental Shop Limited (struck off and in liquidation) on 19 July 2007 at 10.21am, by the High Court at Auckland.
On 27 July 2007 at 8.15am, Henry David Levin and
Barry Phillip Jordan resigned as liquidators and appointed Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Colin Thomas McCloy, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, jointly and severally, in their place.
