Public Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
By order of the High Court dated 19 July 2007, Alan Tong, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed interim liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on 21 July 2007.
