Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on 20 July 2007 at 1.50pm, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Convention Management Services Limited be liquidated and that Gary Noel Hitchcock, chartered accountant of WHK Gosling Chapman Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
