Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 17 July 2007, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Work Free Limited be liquidated and that Craig Alan Hastie, chartered accountant of Hastie Chartered Accountants Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 17 July 2007 at 10.00am.
The directors have filed a resolution of solvency and therefore, pursuant to section 243(8), no creditors' meeting will be held.
