Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that MNR Drainage Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Whangarei, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 16 July 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 16 July 2007 at 11.00am.
