Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 10 July 2007 at 4.30pm, it was resolved by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Tinakori Limited be put in liquidation and that David Bernard Robinson, solicitor of Lower Hutt, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidator has fixed 17 August 2007, as the last day for creditors to make a claim in accordance with section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim by that time will be excluded from any distribution of the company's assets.
