Notice is hereby given that Warwick John Ainger, chartered accountant of Ainger Tomlin, Christchurch, has been appointed as liquidator of the trust.
The liquidation commenced on 18 December 2006 at 9.00am.
The liquidator does hereby fix 26 January 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
