Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
The Companies Act 1993
It has been resolved by resolution of members, pursuant
to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908,
that Riverlea Estates Inc be liquidated and that Gordon
L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 16 July 2007 at 10.00am.
The undersigned does hereby fix 7 August 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors and members may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
