Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 18 January 2007 at 5.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Main Marine Centre Limited be liquidated and that Brian Spooner be appointed liquidator.
All known creditors have been paid on due dates and a declaration of solvency certified.
The undersigned does hereby fix 15 March 2007, as the date by which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
