Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 30 June 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders of Rintoul Investments Limited (in liquidation), pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Rintoul Investments Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Andrew James Stewart, solicitor of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 30 June 2007 at 5.00pm.
