Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on 27 June 2007, appointed Dennis Michael Lay, chartered accountant of Goldsmith Fox PKF, Christchurch, as liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on 2 July 2007 at 10.00am.
