The above-named companies were placed into liquidation by special resolutions of shareholders dated the 29th day of June 2007 at 4.00pm, on the basis that the reasons for which the companies were incorporated have now passed.

Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole were appointed joint and several liquidators, pursuant to section 241(2)(a).
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 2 August 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
