Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Mark J. O'Reilly and Warwick J. Ainger, chartered accountants of Ainger Tomlin Limited, were appointed
joint liquidators of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholders on 19 January 2007 at 11.31am.
The undersigned does hereby fix 26 February 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Any enquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed
to the liquidators.
