Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountant, and Shaun Neil Adams, insolvency practitioner, both of BDO
Spicers, Auckland, were appointed joint liquidators of
the above-named companies by special resolutions of the shareholders on 28 June 2007 at 3.00pm.
The liquidations commenced on 28 June 2007, being the date of our consent to our appointment.
The directors have signed a certificate, under section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the companies are solvent.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as joint liquidators of the
above-named companies, we fix 30 July 2007, as the day
on or before which the creditors of the companies are
to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
