Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Bar Brands Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 June 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 28 June 2007 at 11.52am.
