Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 19 January 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Huntingdon Dairy Farms Limited be liquidated and that Trevor James Croy, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 19 January 2007.
