Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 12 December 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Aqua Type Limited be liquidated and that Jeffrey Nicholas Couch, chartered accountant of 418 Lake Road, Takapuna, Auckland, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 12 December 2006.
