Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Concept Marketing & Promotions Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 14 June 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 14 June 2007 at 4.30pm.
