Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 13 June 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Figaro Agricultural Services Limited be liquidated and that Matthew Peter Whimp, solicitor of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 13 June 2007 at 10.00am.
