Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 14 June 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Somersby Forest Limited be liquidated and that Nikki White, accounting clerk of Matamata, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 14 June 2007 at 10.50am.
