Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

1993, Mark David Stevens, accountant of Wellington,
was appointed liquidator of the above-named company
by special resolution of the shareholders on 28 May 2007
at 4.00pm.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act, the liquidator will dispense with a meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator hereby fixes 30 June 2007, as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Act.
