Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Colin Thomas McCloy were appointed joint and several liquidators of Waitoki Properties Limited in the place of Rory Grieve and Peter Jollands.
The liquidation commenced on 17 May 2007 by resolution of shareholders, under section 241(2)(a) of the Act, at 9.05am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that as liquidators of Waitoki Properties Limited, we fix 17 August 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
