Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of Holmes Decorating Limited (in liquidation) on 8 June 2007 at 10.05am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 9 July 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of Holmes Decorating Limited
(in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies
Act 1993.
