Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that The Chalet Arthurs Pass Limited
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Greymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 May 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 28 May 2007 at 10.29am.
